Creative Commons in Dominican Republic

CC groups the handling of works protected by copyright as follows:

Attribution – Noncommercial – No Derivatives Work CC BY-NC-ND: to use and share the work without commercial purposes, provided that the author is acknowledged and no changes are made to the work.

Attribution-Non Commercial-ShareAlike CC BY-NC-SA: distribute, change, create, noncommercial use, credit to the author and license under same conditions.

Attribution-NonCommercial CC BY-NC: distribute, modify, and build upon the work for noncommercial purposes, must recognize the author, without obligation to license under the same terms.

Attribution – No Derivative Work CC BY-ND: to redistribute work without modification, attribution to the author, but allowing commercial uses.

Attribution-ShareAlike CC BY-SA: commercial use, as amended, created from the work, but must be licensed on the same terms and acknowledge the author.

Attribution License CC BY: to distribute, mix, adjust, and build from the original work by recognizing the author while also allowing commercial use.

CC0: declares the work in the public domain.
